Clause 4. Data Minimization, Non-Collection Architecture, and Privacy
In adherence to the principles of privacy by design and data minimization set out in the LFPDPPP and Article 5(1)(c) of the GDPR:
- Static Architecture and Zero-Storage Protocol: This website operates on a static structure and does not collect, harvest, store, index, monetize, or process personal data, credit card numbers, or sensitive health data belonging to its visitors.
- No Tracking Pixels or Profiling Cookies: This platform does not deploy third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, behavioral profiling scripts, or invasive analytics cookies. Only functional transient technical parameters required to render pages locally in the User's client browser are invoked.
- Voluntary Inquiry Forwarding: Informational or scheduling buttons do not persist user data in local web databases; they function strictly through client-side link generation, immediately handing off communications to authorized external channels elected by the User.
Clause 5. Third-Party Interfaces, Application Service Providers (ASP), and External Links
- Integration via Third-Party APIs: To facilitate contact and scheduling coordination between patients and the clinical practice, this website integrates structured outbound links interfacing with Application Service Provider (ASP) endpoints, predominantly the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
- External Redirection and Liability Disclaimer: By activating any «Book Appointment» or chat triggers, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
- They are voluntarily leaving the domain boundaries of this website.
- Any subsequent data exchange, phone number disclosure, and end-to-end communication fall under the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice of the third-party infrastructure provider (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
- Neither CEMSI nor Dr. Alejandro Gutiérrez Lazcano shall be held liable for telecommunications network latency, service interruptions, server outages, or security protocols enforced by third-party external networks.
- Cartographic Rendering (Google Maps): Geolocation maps are integrated via responsive iframe embeds solely for geographical orientation and physical clinic discovery. Any metadata, network request handling, or telemetry processing conducted by interactive maps is governed entirely by the international terms of service of Google LLC.
